Job Summary

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum is offered for this Senior Salesforce Developer position with hybrid working arrangements of 2-3 days in our Macquarie Park offices. The role involves building and expanding Salesforce as our main platform, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and various integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce Technical Lead to deliver solutions aligned with our strategic roadmap and provide code reviews.
  • Develop the Salesforce platform to align with business objectives.
  • Coding, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions.
  • Contribute to technical governance and solution design.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to administrators and other developers.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to formulate scalable technical solutions.
Essential Qualifications
  • Extensive expertise in Salesforce programming across Apex, LWC, Aura components, and Flows.
  • Mandatory experience in Service Cloud, including case management and knowledge base across multiple projects.
  • Strong integration experience with Composite and REST APIs and platform events.
  • A robust track record in technically shaping, coding, testing, implementing, debugging, and sustaining Salesforce integrations and applications.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD-based deployment using tools like GitHub.
  • Demonstrated achievements in shepherding Salesforce development endeavours from ideation to operational deployment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills.
