ServiceNow Developer Job Opportunity

The role of a ServiceNow Developer involves developing, maintaining and administering ServiceNow instances. Key areas of focus include App Engine, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD and scoped applications.

This position requires extensive experience across ITSM, ITOM, SPM and HRSD modules, with expertise in integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub. Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory is also essential.

  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow instances to meet business requirements.
  • Have strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD and scoped applications.
  • Experience in integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub; knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory.
  • Skilled in configuration management, CSDM, upgrades, plugin updates, dashboards and portal/UI enhancements.
  • Strong troubleshooting, support and stakeholder collaboration skills; experience in Agile teams.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience in a Managed Services environment.
