ServiceNow Expert Role

The ServiceNow Developer position requires a skilled professional with extensive experience across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and HRSD. This individual should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow App Engine, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, and scoped applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and administer ServiceNow instances.
  • Configure integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
  • Implement configuration management, CSDM, upgrades, plugin updates, dashboards, and portal/UI enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, provide support, and troubleshoot issues in Agile teams.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and administering ServiceNow instances.
