We are seeking a skilled Retail Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Telstra. This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

About the Role

As a Retail Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, identifying customers' needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their expectations. You will work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and continuously improve your product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-up on customer complaints.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and provide support where needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services, attending training sessions, and participating in product launches.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards, and following all company policies and procedures.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A base salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Uncapped commissions based on individual performance and team sales targets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest products and services.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets.
  • A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards, and following all company policies and procedures.
