Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with strong leadership skills to oversee the daily operations of our store. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient store management, meeting sales targets, and maintaining optimal stock levels. Your expertise in visual merchandising and stock control will be essential in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, while also coaching and mentoring your team to maintain high morale and encourage their individual development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in retail operations management, preferably in a similar environment;
  • A strong understanding of retail processes, including stock control, visual merchandising, and customer service;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet KPIs and targets;
  • Operational excellence, with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and quality.
