Business Development Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our business development initiatives and drive commercial success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building relationships with financial advisers and licensees, as well as driving the growth of superannuation products and services.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging their expertise to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, while also contributing to member-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial advisers, licensees, and other industry professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and demonstrated ability to overcome market challenges.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • RG 146 certification or equivalent.
