Seizing Opportunities for Growth and Development

The role of Growth & Development Manager is an exciting opportunity to drive growth-focused initiatives with travel opportunities. You will learn and grow, gaining exposure to all aspects of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and executing bolt-on acquisition opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Project managing greenfield developments, including managing relationships with third-party developers and working with architects to ensure developments meet specifications
  • Leading integration processes into the business, working with internal teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Exploring expansion opportunities into adjacent sectors, researching and executing strategic partnerships

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (commerce, economics, law, property) with minimum 5+ years' experience
  • Strong commercial acumen, ability to think strategically with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Effective relationship building skills, strong project management experience, and knowledge of PM principles and methodologies
  • Understanding of the Early Childhood sector (highly desirable)
