Customer Service and Compliance Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our customer support team as a Customer Service and Compliance Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to work closely with our compliance team to ensure that all customer interactions are compliant with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of customer support experience, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to learn and adapt quickly to new environments, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all customer interactions are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Assist with training and development of new staff members.
Requirements:
