About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Leader to join our Software Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the engineering vision, aligning strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support chapter members across Agile Tribes and Squads, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Establish and uphold engineering standards, practices, and governance processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with Tribes and stakeholders, using strategic thinking and empathy to guide teams toward well-engineered solutions.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent formal training or work experience.
  • Extensive industry experience with a proven track record in leadership roles, showcasing strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with web and integration languages, tools, and approaches, with knowledge of AEM, SFCC, Lux React, Mulesoft, and a solid understanding of Dev Ops practices, tools, and cloud technologies.

  • An estimated salary of AU$180,000 - AU$200,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
