About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Designer to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work with a top ASX listed financial services brand to design and uplift their current platforms.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyse business requirements and translate them into effective and scalable technical solutions.
  • Design solutions to enhance and uplift application and infrastructure architecture.
  • Lead and deliver large-scale change through engineering, technology, and people engagement.
  • Present solutions to stakeholders, addressing any concerns and adapting designs based on feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:



  • Demonstrated track record of solution analysis and design across a variety of projects.
  • Highly proficient in integration development and design with APIs, microservices, and a strong understanding of backend and full-stack development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work individually and within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
