We're seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Vehicle Expert. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing top-notch vehicle support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create positive customer interactions through timely and efficient greeting, engaging with valued customers, and ensuring their needs are met
  • Accurately complete rental and return transactions, minimizing delays and maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Sell vehicle rental options to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our fleet
  • Resolve issues promptly, ensuring overall customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Carefully inspect vehicles upon return, detailing them to meet Hertz's high standards

About You:

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales; experience in the rental industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software required
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays (7-day shift work may apply)
  • A current and valid Australian driver's license with the ability to drive automatic vehicles
