We're currently seeking a customer-focused Product Manager to help redefine the mortgage origination journey through leveraging advanced technology and our products & capabilities.

This is a senior role within the business, requiring a hands-on, fast-paced individual who will lead by example and retain ongoing product ownership.

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of product enhancements to reimagine the origination process, working alongside our UX teams to research best practice and using data-driven insights for decision making with stakeholders.

This position reports directly to the General Manager, Originations, and is a 12-month maternity leave cover opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within a cross-functional team of engineers, business analysts, designers, quality assurance, and data to deliver high-quality product enhancements driving speed and quality with users.
  • Shape and own the immediate and long-term product roadmap aligning with Lendi Group's strategic vision within the Capture team.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for the products and features owned by the Capture team, highlighting and managing dependencies and priorities with other cross-functional teams, products, and features.
  • Engage with stakeholders including customers, brokers, distribution, Centre of Excellence, Lender Partnerships, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Manage the release of products end-to-end, supporting communication and training activities.
  • Understand metrics of success and demonstrate data-based decision making.
  • Utilise tools and techniques, including continuous discovery, to identify areas for improvement, lead research, and plan for product enhancements and innovation.
Requirements
  • Experience in Product Management.
  • Experience in Home Loans, Finance, or Banking.
  • Able to work closely with Design and Engineering, communicate priorities, scope projects, and deliver on a vision, including experience in tech-ready user stories.
  • Experience in analytics, consumer funnels, or complex digital transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, essential for liaising with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to get stuff delivered.
