Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Home Loan Growth Specialist to join our team in Sydney metro. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and growing your home lending career.

You will be the friendly face for both new and existing customers to meet when it's time to apply for a home loan. Your goal will be to make sure the entire experience – from application through to settlement – is as simple and rewarding as it should be.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Experience with driving and maintaining a referral network of external partners.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing organisation (particularly in lending) and knowledge of the home lending process.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and exceed their expectations.
