Agricultural Business Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our high-performing team in Perth as a senior member of the national Valuation & Advisory Services team. As an Agricultural Business Specialist, you will work across some of Australia's best assets and contribute to one of the most highly regarded valuation platforms in the country.

You will gain valuable experience in valuing a wide range of rural property types including dryland and irrigated cropping, high rainfall and pastoral grazing, dairy, equine, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries, horticulture, post farm gate infrastructure and water entitlements.

  • Select and evaluate a broad range of agribusiness-based properties.
  • Develop strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts, including quality private, corporate, institutional, and financial clients.
  • Implement marketing initiatives and contribute to business development and client engagement by taking ownership of new and existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate extensively with the Agribusiness Transaction team and seek opportunities to refer and collaborate with other service lines across the company.

Key Qualifications:

  • An Associate Member of the API and a Registered Valuer with at least 5 years' experience post CPV qualification.
  • Commercial awareness of the formulation and implementation of strategy.
  • Problem solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions.
