About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our rural products sales team, you will build strong relationships with clients to help them achieve successful and sustainable agricultural practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert agronomic and technical support to strengthen clients' businesses and enhance their productivity.
  • Achieve allocated financial objectives and contribute to forecasting and inventory management processes.
  • Promote staff upskilling through technical advice, mentorship, and product recommendations.
  • Develop and foster professional relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Participate in field days, farmer meetings, and trial/demonstration work to showcase expertise and drive business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the rural products sales team to build client relationships and drive success.
  • Develop effective spray and fertiliser programs tailored to clients' specific needs.
  • Conduct water, soil, and plant tissue testing to provide accurate and reliable data for informed decision-making.
