**Job Title:** Aftersales Commercial Manager

About the Role:

To establish a strong business link between our aftersales operations and dealership parts and service departments, providing analytical and commercial expertise to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to achieve market objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement aftersales offerings that meet customer needs and improve dealer performance.
  • Support dealerships in achieving annual business goals and report on progress.
  • Organize structured visits to dealerships to provide training and facilitate goal achievement.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain relationships with dealerships and ensure they are adequately trained in relevant systems and processes.
  • Operate within legislative, ethical, and safety requirements, meeting stakeholder needs.
  • Develop and improve dealer performance through analysis and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all business procedures and regulatory requirements.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Agricultural-related field.
  • 2-5 years' experience in relationship management within an aftersales environment.
  • High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for business support.
  • Significant experience in relationship management within an aftersales environment, preferably in agriculture.

Desirable Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Agricultural-related field.
