Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join the team due to continued growth. This will start as a remote role, seeing clients within Sydney and throughout the NSW region.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, becoming their go-to point of contact.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring all needs are met and satisfaction is maintained.
  • Actively seek and pursue new business opportunities, managing leads across various stages and promoting the company's comprehensive services.
  • Be the face of the company by engaging directly with clients, attending networking events, and strengthening the brand's presence in the market.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery.
  • Support new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record in B2B external sales, consistently meeting and exceeding targets. Ideally, this experience will be related to strata management, building, or the facilities sector.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and engage with clients effectively.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a drive to exceed targets.
  • A collaborative approach, eager to contribute positively to a team dynamic.
