About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Strata Manager to join our dynamic team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing a small portfolio of schemes and working closely with experienced mentors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheme Management: Oversee a portfolio of 45 buildings, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Team Support: Assist other team members with their portfolios while managing your own, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Meetings and Administration: Chair and lead meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and attend owners' corporation meetings.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues raised by the owner's corporation to improve community living.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build relationships with key stakeholders to manage large-scale defect claims, remedial works, and legal matters.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience working in the Strata Industry is essential.
  • Team Player: The ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with others is vital.
  • Administration Skills: Strong administration skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Certification: A valid Strata Certificate is necessary.
  • Multitasking: The ability to multitask and be highly organized is essential in this role.
