Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service and delivering day-to-day KPIs and SLAs across the Customer Care Centre operations.

The ideal candidate will have well-developed knowledge and skills, with typically 2-5 years of experience in a similar role. They will provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to help customer support teams achieve their goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Support Team Training - Provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to help customer support teams achieve their goals and objectives
  • Customer Support Technology Management - Identify and implement technology to optimize processes and collaboration for customer-facing teams to deliver high-levels of support
  • Customer Support Team Enablement - Collect and analyze customer data to optimize the workflows, operating procedures, and resources to enable support teams

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and prioritization skills. They will be able to work effectively with others, communicate clearly, and prioritize tasks to achieve goals.
