Customer Service Excellence Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Excellence Lead to join our team. This role will be based in our Sydney Support Office and reporting into the Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the retail and warehouse teams to ensure seamless customer experience across our brands.
- Respond to customer feedback and enquiries, solving interesting challenges and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Train and support the Customer Experience team to meet service standards and KPI targets.
About You:
- You will need previous experience in Customer Service and/or Retail Management.
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated experience in handling enquiries and problem-solving.
- Experience working within a high-performing team and being a team player.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
