Business Enablement Project Manager

This is a challenging opportunity to lead business enablement projects that drive growth and innovation.

As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for identifying and driving operational risk events to resolution in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external auditors, executing on auditor's requests, and implementing remediation plans.

You will also establish robust AML/KYC procedures and ensure Risk, Compliance, and Audit policies are adhered to.

Additionally, you will own and account for audit results, outcomes, and remediations, manage and resolve compliance gaps, and identify and implement projects to improve POC and activation.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong process and project management skills, demonstrated results orientation, and proficiency with metrics/KPIs.

Other qualifications include the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining tight deadlines, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to maintain detailed project documentation.

A highly effective influencing skillset, ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders and partners, and a customer-centric approach are essential for this position.
