Strategic Enablement Partner Role

This pivotal role drives business impact through strategic enablement programs, working closely with key business leaders to develop and deliver enablement initiatives that drive productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a sense of urgency to drive work to successful conclusions.

  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand business priorities and orchestrate enablement programs that drive business results and increased productivity.

  • Provide assessment and metrics on competencies and skill gaps to enhance various capabilities in business, architectural, solutions/industry technical, and professional skills.

  • Develop a quarterly enablement plan that aligns to business priorities and strategies, identifying initiatives, programs, and training that address current and future needs.

  • Collaborate with local cross-functional partners to drive sales strategy, programs, operations, product, marketing, and employee success initiatives.

  • Manage the development and execution of select enablement initiatives to address regional needs and audiences.

  • Implement global enablement initiatives in region, thoughtfully localizing and tailoring to audience needs while integrating with the quarterly enablement plan.

  • Balance global enablement and last-minute additions with regionally sourced enablement, providing clear plans and focus for teams.

  • Clearly communicate regional enablement calendars, on-demand modules, and quarterly assignments with field teams.

  • Proactively lead learning outcomes and minimize time spent away from customers.

  • Partner with GTM Centres of Excellence and Business Unit Strategy Leaders to share feedback and insights from key stakeholders, driving deeper understanding and awareness of local business needs.

  • Align sales enablement with Customer 360 Sales methodology across delivery stages and encourage cross-functional teamwork.

  • Collaborate with other enablement peers (local and global) to develop creative best practices and increase synergies for more efficient and effective enablement results.

  • Demonstrate expertise in latest trends, tools, and AI technologies, serving as an evangelist for global best practices.

  • Act as subject matter expert and trusted advisor to business leaders for team enablement.

Key Qualifications
  • Work experience in Learning & Development (L&D), sales training, enterprise sales, pre-sales, sales process design, or sales enablement is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of software sales cycles, pre-sales, sales process, and coaching is essential.

  • Ability to represent concepts and communicate complex ideas into curriculum with understanding of how solution engineers and sales professionals think, operate, and absorb training.

  • A 'get it done' attitude with strong team spirit is required.

  • Excellent attention to detail, oral, written, and presentation skills are necessary.

  • Strategic thinker capable of seeing big picture, innovating, and adapting to constant change.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce product portfolio, sales process, and product messaging and positioning is advantageous.

  • Great interpersonal skills spanning cultures and professional backgrounds are essential.
