Job Title: Industrial Relations Expert
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Relations Expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in interpreting complex Enterprise Agreements and ensuring payroll compliance.
Responsibilities- Draw on substantial expertise in Industrial Relations to interpret complex Enterprise Agreements.
- Play a critical role in payroll compliance and driving effective remediation processes.
- Collaborate across departments to clarify and action compliance requirements.
- Design comprehensive testing regimes and robust review processes to ensure the payroll platform meets current obligations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Considerable experience in industrial/employee relations, including specialist expertise in employment law.
- Hands-on payroll experience, understanding of relevant legislative frameworks, and a proven track record of implementing compliance measures.
- Experience engaging with Unions and a strong understanding of union priorities and practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
This is a 2-year fixed-term contract opportunity within a high-impact environment. You will have the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a next-generation payroll system.
