Employment Law Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Employment & Industrial Relations Lawyer to join our growing team based in Sydney CBD and Parramatta office.

This role will involve exposure to a variety of matters including workplace investigations, unfair dismissal claims, general protections disputes, enterprise bargaining and employment advisory work.

  • Direct liaison with clients providing accurate and timely legal advice
  • Drafting employment contracts, enterprise agreements and workplace policies
  • Preparing court and tribunal documents, correspondence and legal opinions
  • Attending the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals for dispute resolution
  • Conducting legal research and supporting senior lawyers on complex matters

Successful candidates will have:

  • A valid NSW Practising Certificate
  • 1–3 years PQE in employment and/or industrial relations law
  • A strong interest in employment and industrial relations law
  • Knowledge of the Fair Work Act, enterprise agreements and public sector frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
