About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Representative to join our Retail Banking Services team in Charlestown. As a Customer Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering tailored banking solutions to our customers, providing expert advice on home loans, business banking, and financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build lasting relationships with customers through in-depth conversations about their financial needs and goals.
- Support customers with enquiries, account maintenance, and credit product applications.
- Conduct financial health checks to identify opportunities to support customers' financial well-being.
- Educate customers on our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
- Problem solve and provide effective solutions while championing our risk-adverse culture.
Requirements
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in financial services, retail, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex financial terms clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act with integrity.
- A genuine interest in building a career with Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

- An estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
