Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Process and review superannuation tasks as needed, including document linking, file indexing, member and employer applications, contributions, beneficiary updates, correspondence, withdrawals, pension payments, insurance changes, and investment switches.
  • Liaison and Communication: Liaise with advisers and internal staff to effectively solve queries and changes.
  • Record Accuracy: Diligently ensure the accuracy of member records.
