About the Role

As a Car Park Attendant at Scentre Group, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of customer service in our fast-paced car park environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Customer Support: Assist customers with directions, information, and support on the customer service desk and car park.
  2. Traffic Management: Manage traffic flow during peak times for a smooth customer experience.
  3. Environmental Maintenance: Conduct regular checks to maintain a clean, well-lit, high-standard environment.
  4. Incident Reporting: Report incidents and hazards promptly, analysing car park data for insights.
  5. Equipment Maintenance: Keep car park equipment, including boom gates and ticketing systems, in good working order.
About You

We're looking for an energetic people person who enjoys interacting with customers.

Key requirements include:

  1. Previous work experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a car parking or retail environment.
  2. Demonstrated ability to solve customer issues.
  3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  4. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  5. Ability to quickly address incidents and equipment issues, escalating when necessary.
  6. Hold a valid full driver's licence.
