About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of car park service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service Delivery: Assist customers with directions, information, and support on the customer service desk and car park.
  • Traffic Management: Manage traffic flow during peak times for a smooth customer experience.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Conduct regular checks to maintain a clean, well-lit, high-standard environment, including keeping car park equipment in good working order.
  • Incident Reporting: Report incidents and hazards promptly, analysing car park data for insights.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking an energetic people person who enjoys interacting with customers. The ideal candidate will have previous work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a car parking or retail environment. They should demonstrate the ability to solve customer issues, work independently and as part of a team, possess strong communication skills, and hold a valid full manual driver's licence.

Salary and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary, estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including five days paid Life Leave, 18 weeks gender-neutral paid parental leave, superannuation, and free parking at your local Westfield destination.
