The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Job Description

This is a part-time and casual opportunity available to work across Monday-Sunday, with shifts starting from 6am or 4pm. As a Trolley Collection Driver, you will collect trolleys in car parks and surrounding streets using a vehicle.

  • You will be fully trained to operate our trolley collection vehicles and undergo an assessment.
  • Drive a trolley collection vehicle and collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding suburbs.
  • Pull trolleys up a ramp onto the trolley collection vehicle.
  • Collect trolleys left in and around the store and return them to the trolley bays.
  • Carry out all pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle.
  • Follow all safety and operational processes and procedures related to vehicle operation and trolley collection.
  • Follow all road rules and report any issues related to unretrievable trolleys.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must hold a full (unrestricted) Australian driver's license or Provisional P2 driver's license (Green P Plates).

Physical fitness is essential for this role, as you will be transitioning from driving a vehicle to physically collecting and loading trolleys throughout your shift.

A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team are also essential.
