Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Manage a diverse portfolio of claims across various complexity levels
• Investigate claims thoroughly and provide accurate assessments and strategies
• Process administrative tasks with precision
• Foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Maintain exceptional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout the account management process
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Call centre or claims experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, customer care, and communication skills
• Self-motivation and a team player attitude
• Strong attention to detail, file integrity, and compliance
• Excellent computing and literacy skills
• Ability to listen empathetically and identify useful information for claims assessment
• Proven ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a dynamic environment
What We Offer:
As an Insurance Claims Specialist at Ignite, you can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
