Strategic Brand Partnership Manager

The ideal candidate will contribute to commercial outcomes through strong brand alignment to the sponsorship portfolio. They will support the optimal leverage of the sponsorship portfolio through operational excellence in innovation, planning, delivery and measurement.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of sponsorships and third-party partners, agencies and suppliers to deliver sponsorship programs.
- Lead on the portfolio's ticketing and hospitality program and delivery across a wide stakeholder group.
- Drive strong working relationships with marketing peers, internal stakeholders and partners.
- Maintain a deep understanding of brand and customer needs, behaviours, interests for priority segments, connecting with customers where they are most engaged and passionate.
- Implement contractual benefits for all key sponsorship assets.
- Plan, brief, develop and execute sponsorship leverage campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Influence marketing stakeholders to deliver market-leading sponsorship and leverage programs and experiences in alignment with the brand propositions and campaigns.
- Plan and activate across sponsorship partners/third-party providers, media and events (including event response) where required.
- Demonstrate test and learn methodologies with a commitment to effective measurement and program optimisation.
- Report on sponsorship campaign results, ROI and share learnings with the wider marketing team.
- Leverage internal and external research, competitive and industry intelligence to ensure activities are current, fluid and two-way with customers/communities.
- Review sponsorship strategy to identify synergies, gaps, overlaps and divestment strategies (in line with supporting brands to keep, get and grow customers).
- Negotiate with external partners to secure opportunities at fair value and relevant benefits, while maintaining a strong positive reputation for the business.
