Job Title: Revenue Collector

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Collector to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payments to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Paying accounts in a timely manner;
  • Liasing with staff and other stakeholders;
  • Reviewing financial delegations to ensure invoices are approved by the appropriate delegate;
  • Experience across the Microsoft suite of products, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel;
  • Previous process improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in Accounts Payable and processing payments with and without a PO number;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
