We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Restaurant Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • Support daily restaurant operations and collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to drive results
  • Lead the team with energy, clarity, and heart, fostering a positive work culture
  • Train and coach staff for growth and efficiency, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, consistently meeting or exceeding guest expectations
  • Manage rosters and team scheduling to optimize productivity and minimize costs
  • Contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and support financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and workplace health and safety standards
  • Staying ahead of stock levels and maintaining inventory control
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a QSR setting, with a strong track record of success
  • Calm, confident leadership style that inspires trust and motivates team members
  • Passion for delivering excellent food, people-first culture, and great service
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to uplift and empower others
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Completed Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willing to obtain)
