Job Title: Security Risk Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Risk Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, developing and delivering security compliance standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Transport Security Program (TSP) including mapping, version control and accuracy to regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop or update security policies.

The role promotes a strong security culture and ensures accountability and adherence to operational policies from all users. This role facilitates governance processes and improves documented security standards for projects and operations.

The position plays a critical role in analysing international security standards and Australian government aviation security regulations, advising on risks and policy amendments. The role is exposed to Security Operations and Capital projects to enable cross-training and redundancy plans at the senior manager level.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in risk management, security policies, and regulatory requirements. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are also essential.
