Air Traffic Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our Aviation team as a Managing Consultant.
This role will involve both winning work and delivering projects across the ANZ region.
The successful candidate will develop and strengthen relationships with key clients, including Airservices, CASA, Airways NZ, Civil Aviation Authority NZ, and Pacific Island Air Navigation Providers.
- Lead business development activities to build ATM order intake in ANZ.
- Deliver high-quality ATM projects for ANZ and Pacific clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients including Airservices, CASA, Airways NZ, and other Air Navigation Service Providers.
- Collaborate with international teams to leverage global expertise and deliver superior proposals.
- Support recruitment and development of additional ATM resources as the pipeline grows.
- 8-10 years' experience in Air Traffic Management/Airport Consulting.
- Tertiary qualifications in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record in winning and delivering work in a consultancy environment.
- Experience working in a matrix, global consultancy, building relationships across regions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
