The role of an Air Traffic Control Instructor requires a high level of expertise in aviation training analysis, curriculum design and development, and training delivery. As part of the OneSKY operational training team, you will be responsible for providing specialist operational training to support the implementation of this system.

Key accountabilities include conducting assessments on future required training, developing course curricula and training materials, delivering ATC systems training, managing exercise environments, conducting training evaluations and reviews, and providing ATC systems training advice to the OneSKY program.

To be successful in this role, you will require prior experience delivering Air Traffic Control-related training, experience in developing aviation simulation exercises, and experience working within an Airservices Australia/Defence environment with operational ATC rating/endorsement experience. You will also need intermediate level skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
