Senior Air Traffic Management Specialist

We are seeking a senior professional to lead business development activities and deliver high-quality air traffic management projects for clients in the ANZ region.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to build ATM order intake in ANZ.
- Deliver complex ATM projects for ANZ and Pacific clients, ensuring timely completion and high client satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Airservices, CASA, Airways NZ, and other Air Navigation Service Providers.
- Collaborate with international teams to leverage global expertise and deliver superior proposals.
- Support the growth of the ATM team by identifying and developing additional resources as needed.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in Air Traffic Management / Aviation consulting, with a strong track record of delivering results in a consultancy environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, building relationships across regions and cultures.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
