About This Role:

The Air Traffic Management Systems Defence Adaptation Manager oversees the strategic direction and management of a team responsible for adapting air traffic control systems. The successful candidate will lead specialists in data management, resource allocation, workflow prioritization, and redundancy to ensure system integrity and configuration.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategic Development and Implementation of Performance Optimisation Strategies
  • Evaluation of Business Outcomes for Continuous Improvement
  • Representation of Defence Interests at Industry Forums

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced individual with:

  • Maintenance or Operation Experience in Computer-Based Air Traffic Control Systems
  • Highly Developed Technical, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Extensive Aviation Experience and Comprehensive Knowledge of ATC Data Production and Testing Systems
  • Able to Interpret and Process Complex Geographical and Non-Geographical Aeronautical Data
