Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Set up and manage projects in various systems, including CRM, Avanser, and Dev ID, and maintain project display suites collateral.
  • Marketing Execution: Manage online property listings, email campaigns, and social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, advertising agencies, media outlets, and other consultants to manage deliverables and communications.
  • Event Management: Organize and manage project launches, client and customer events, and provide support for project updates.
  • Content Creation: Compile and produce digital magazines, eDMs, and marketing collateral, ensuring all content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide reports and presentations for client meetings, assist with client invoicing, and manage database communications strategies.
  • Brand Management: Execute Colliers NSW Residential brand initiatives, including B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Diploma or degree qualification with a marketing/communications/business specialty.
  • Experience: Prior marketing experience, with a strong preference for property or professional services.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, high attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working with CRM and email marketing systems, superior time management, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
