We are seeking an ambitious professional to fill a Customer Success role that involves collaborating with international postal partners. This position is perfect for someone eager to start their career in international business, supporting global postal partners and learning about cross-border trade.

Key Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will assist posts and their customers onboard Zonos' solutions by guiding them through setup steps and answering questions.
  • They will also help troubleshoot issues by gathering information and coordinating with technical teams as needed.
  • This individual will be responsible for monitoring customer usage and flagging opportunities to improve adoption or prevent problems.
  • The role requires the ability to keep accurate documentation and notes so the team has up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • The selected candidate will partner with experienced professionals to learn best practices and gradually take on more responsibilities.

This full-time, in-office position supports our APAC team. Due to the global nature of our partners, work hours may vary slightly from standard business hours once initial training is complete.
