Austin Health is seeking a dynamic and visionary executive to lead the Austin Health Foundation, our dedicated fundraising and volunteer engagement arm. This role provides regular exposure to the Executive and Board and the opportunity to shape how philanthropy and volunteering contribute to Austin Health's future.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading large-scale fundraising or development programs, with a strong track record of working with Boards, senior executives and major donors to deliver results.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in leading large-scale fundraising or development programs.
- A track record of working with Boards, senior executives and major donors to deliver results.
- Strong financial and business planning acumen, with budget oversight experience.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship-building skills.
