**About the role - Philanthropy Executive**
Reporting to a passionate and driven, Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships you will work closely with the wider national team to deliver ambitious income goals.

As Philanthropy Executive you focus on
**building and maintaining relationships** with both existing donors and potential high-value supporters ($10,000+), taking responsibility for revenue growth across VIC and TAS.

You will use your established relationship skills to connect with existing donors and you will be
**excited to forge new relationships** by sharing JDRF's accomplishments and
**inspiring donors** to support this great mission.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Steward & maintain existing relationships with donors
- Build a robust donor base to achieve income targets
- Deliver exceptional donor experience
- Build & manage a strong income pipeline, using prospect research tools
- Compose engaging, bold and compelling proposals for donors that highlight program and research achievements
- Meticulous tracking of relationships and activity within CRM Salesforce
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new income generation strategies

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in relationship management with high net worth individuals
- Demonstrated success exceeding financial targets
- Excellent interpersonal & influencing skills
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and a proactive approach
- Engaging & professional with the ability to communicate with senior level stakeholders
- Accountable, responsible, and self-driven individual
