About This Role- Expedite transformative sales engagements with domain expertise to accelerate cloud revenue growth.
This pivotal role acts as a scalable subject matter expert, addressing complex growth opportunities and maximising value creation for customers through strategic partnerships with the Account Executive and Account Teams.
Key Responsibilities- Accelerate Cloud Revenue Growth - Drive transformative sales engagements with domain expertise.
- Build and accelerate a healthy R4Q pipeline aligned with the designated segment.
- Increase deal velocity as an expert and progress opportunities effectively.
- Grow SAP's strategic footprint in industries with ideal customers and maturity stage.
Position Value of Innovations - Focus on high-propensity accounts and collaborate with VAT to drive business outcomes.
- Understand and focus on the customer's business goals and desired outcomes.
- Articulate the expected solution value to the customer to achieve their outcomes.
- Bring in domain expertise to accelerate and expand transformative sales motions through collaboration with account teams and Partners.
Drive Continued Customer Success - Communicate the value to the customer and ensure a continued path to success.
- Support renewals and expansions by recognising the customer's needs and value.
- Secure Path to Deploy and Usage by paving the way for incremental consumption.
- Ensure ongoing success to realise sustainable customer lifetime value (CLTV).
This position requires a minimum of 10 years of professional work experience in a Client Management role, with results-driven skills and a deep understanding of Software / Serviced Sales environments.
