Job Title: Claims Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Claims Service Professional to join our team.

Job Description:

This role involves delivering exceptional claims service by accurately assessing policy coverage, investigating, evaluating, and negotiating assigned cases to resolution.

The primary objective of this role is to provide timely and professional communication with stakeholders while ensuring compliance with insurance guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain current knowledge of insurance guidelines and policy changes to ensure compliance.
  • Resolve non-compliant issues and escalate when necessary, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Foster good client relationships and respond promptly to client requests.
  • Process incoming insurance claims and determine coverage efficiently.
  • Set reserves, authorize payments, and settle claims in a timely manner.
  • Identify and report suspicious or fraudulent claims, maintaining confidentiality where necessary.
  • Share information with relevant stakeholders while considering accreditation levels and policies.
  • Provide clear and timely communication with all stakeholders to ensure transparency.
Requirements:

Necessary Work Experience includes:

  • Some relevant work experience in motor claims, with a strong understanding of insurance policies.

Preferred Work Experience includes:

  • Some experience in insurance, preferably with a focus on claims handling.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Qualifications include:
    • Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
