We are seeking an Insurance Claims Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Risk Services department, you will be responsible for handling incoming claims and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

About the RoleThe Insurance Claims Professional will be responsible for:
- Processing claims and ensuring all necessary information is taken
- Acknowledging receipt of claims and service enquiries
- Resolving member complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Working closely with Risk Services Executives to provide exceptional service to members
- Task allocation for all new business and renewals
You will be working in a dynamic team environment, using various software and computer systems to manage multiple tasks within set timeframes and meet deadlines.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Call centre or membership service environment experience
- Insurance experience highly desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
