Claims Service Consultant Role

We are seeking talented professionals with expertise in claims management to join our growing talent pool.


Job Description:

As a Claims Service Consultant, you will be responsible for reviewing and identifying claims that do not fall within the scope of policies, ensuring the correct outcome is made. You will also liaise with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution, preparing and drafting appropriate documentation as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated claims management experience in a complex customer service environment

  • High attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools
