The Opportunity: You will contribute to a transformation project focused on enhancing HR service delivery and making a real impact in a purpose-driven environment where no two days are the same.

About the Role: As a senior HR professional, you will serve as a trusted coach, case manager and strategic advisor for leaders across a complex, unionised and regulated environment. You will oversee high-risk and sensitive employee relations cases, provide leadership coaching and help shape how HR supports a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise operational and corporate leaders on proactive people management strategies
  • Manage complex HR matters including grievances, investigations and misconduct cases
  • Act as the escalation point for complex HR queries across the employee lifecycle
  • Analyse workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions
  • Develop and promote frameworks around talent, diversity and organisational change initiatives

Requirements: You will bring strong HR advisory and case management experience within large, complex or unionised environments, solid knowledge of employment legislation and public sector HR frameworks, and excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
