HCM Business Analyst Opportunity

This is a career-defining chance to shape the future of HR services delivery. As the liaison between business and technical stakeholders, you will ensure requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and transformed into practical solutions that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Map current and future state HR processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support design workshops and contribute to solution configuration.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor partners to validate solutions.
  • Develop user stories, use cases, and process diagrams.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Contribute to change impact assessments and training material development.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, with proven success on HCM or ERP transformation projects, multi-site experience would be beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business practices.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar).
  • High-level stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
