Expert Opportunity in Human Capital Management
We are embarking on an exciting transformation with the delivery of a new Human Capital Management platform. Our goal is to find a skilled professional who can play a key role in this program, ensuring requirements are accurately captured, analysed, and translated into practical solutions that align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Map current and future state HR processes and identify improvements.
- Support design workshops and contribute to solution configuration.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor partners to validate solutions.
- Develop user stories, use cases, and process diagrams.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Contribute to change impact assessments and training material development.
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, with proven success on HCM or ERP transformation projects, multi-site experience would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and business practices.
- Hands-on experience with HCM platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar).
- High-level stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
