We are seeking an analytical and detail-driven professional to manage the contract renewal process. Key responsibilities include reviewing customer agreements, identifying key renewal dates and terms, and communicating these clearly to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review customer contracts to identify key renewal dates, terms, and termination clauses.
  • Organize and maintain accurate renewal data in internal systems.
  • Proactively communicate with customers about upcoming renewals and explain their options clearly.
  • Handle customer inquiries on contract terms and processes with precision.
  • Identify and escalate any contract disputes or discrepancies to relevant internal teams.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Contribute to improving internal workflows for contract management and customer communication.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions related to contract renewals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in renewals or complaints, preferably in SaaS or subscription-based environments.
  • Strong attention to detail, administrative skills, analytical mindset, and excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to simplify complex concepts for various audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM and contract management tools.
  • A customer-centric approach and a passion for building positive relationships.
